PRIDE "REAL DEAL" RESULTS - 10/21/06:
(Source: Iron Life.com) : "Eric Esch, commonly referred to as Butterbean, impressed everyone when he achieved a TKO over Sean O’Haire in the first 29 seconds of the fight! Sean is a very tall, muscular fighter who appeared to be the stronger opponent against Butterbean. This fight was a great example of how deceptive appearance can be. When Butterbean landed those punches to the head, Sean fell down as if to be the Leaning Tower of Pisa!"

(Source: Max Fighting.com) : "The Eric “Butterbean” Esch vs. Sean O’Haire fight turned out as expected. When a former pro wrestler with little MMA experience, fights an experienced (all be it past his prime) boxer, the results usually end up being: via strikes and less than 30 seconds in length. A solid right followed by five to six strikes to the head resulted in an easy victory for Butterbean in roughly 29 seconds. "

K-1 "WGP II" RESULTS - 8/13/06:
(Source: Sherdog.com) : "Former WWE pro wrestler Sean O'Haire was granted another chance at K-1 glory as he was pitted against up-and-comer Justice "Zulu" Smith. The winner of the bout would possibly be granted entrance into the actual Grand Prix as an alternate, provided one of the winners became injured and could not continue.
O'Haire has had a string of bad luck in K-1 thus far, being knocked out in the first round by both Gary Goodridge and Chalid Arrab, both eventual tourney winners, and he was looking to turn things around. The lurching Smith, standing at a towering 6' 9" was hoping to continue O'Haire's misfortunes and after a little more than a full round, his wish came true.
Smith and O'Haire took turns trading blows throughout the duration of the contest, but it was Smith's slightly better conditioning that allowed him to score the victory. Smith basically needed to score a knockout because he had two points deducted from his score for repeated low blows during the clinch and at the 1:33 mark of the second round the fight was halted.
O'Haire suffered a knockdown along the ropes after he was tagged by a flurry of strikes. After the muscular fighter battled back to his feet, his energy was completely sapped. Terribly exhausted was O'Haire and after a few moderate punches landed, the referee stopped the action, preventing the stumbling fighter from taking more punishment."

WWE "RAW" DARK MATCH RESULTS - 3/28/06:
(Credit: Stevie J.) : "This was a dark match before Heat was taped. I had gotten wind that O'Haire would be working a tryout match before the show from Mad Monk, so I wasn't that surprised to see him although I'm sure a lot of people were. They already had an entrance video ready for him so either they recycled the old one or he's already signed and coming back for sure. He looks a little less ripped than last time although with the wellness program that may be for the best; he's still in fine shape overall (especially noticable wrestling the Texas redneck Murdoch). Murdoch wins with the ropes for leverage and got huge boos, O'Haire got a good babyface pop and seems ready for that role if brought in. Funny to note Murdoch still comes out to his tag team's entrance music and video and still has the Murdoch/Cade tights."

K-1 'BATTLE AT BELLAGIO IV' RESULTS - 4/30/05:
(Source: Fight News.com) : "The introductions to the next fight lasted far longer than the fight itself. Sean “Nightmare” O Haire came out of his corner in a fashion reminiscent of the older toughman championships. He threw a flurry of punches that for the most part landed. The “Nightmares” forward progress and punches were immediately halted by a viscous right hand from Goodridge landed and sent the former WWF star down fast and hard. After a staggered count of nine, O’ Haire came to his feet only to face the yet another blistering offensive explosion launched by Goodridge. This additional attack only seconds later began the implosion of O’ Haire as a series of monster haymakers found their marks The fight ended at the :55 mark in the first round. Unlike the WWF there was no Vince McMahon to send in assistance. This fight was an exercise in supreme force as the “Big Daddy” gave O’ Haire a true nightmare and advanced to the Semi Finals."

(Source: Free Fighting Illustrated.com) : "As expected, Goodridge rushed out of the gates at the sound of the opening bell. American Sean O?Haire met him head on and backed Goodridge into a set of ropes. Goodridge, who initially appeared to be in trouble, unloaded a looping right hook that sent O'Haire to the mat. O'Haire rose to his feet and rushed Goodridge once again, but was cracked with a hard right uppercut that put him flat on his back. K-1's two knockdown rule gave Goodridge a win by technical knockout at the :55 mark of the opening round."

(Source: K-1 Fighting) : "In the second matchup, brawler Gary Goodridge put 'em up against American Sean O'Haire, a former pro wrestler who has recently been focusing on K-1. Fighting out of the respected Shark Tank Gym, (also home to Mighty Mo), the big O'Haire is a Muay Thai man on a mission, and here he faced a formidable challenge in "Big Daddy" Goodridge. A Trinidad and Tobago-born, Canadian-based fighter, Goodridge is noted for a hell-bent style which tends to result in someone -- either Goodridge or his opponent -- getting KO'ed early.
So it is written, and so it came to pass. O'Haire charged in from the bell, with straight punches, and had Goodridge on the ropes in no time. But even as Big Daddy took his licks, he swung and he swung, and finally a big right hook got in to smack O'Haire on the jaw for a down. Seconds after action resumed, Goodridge got the right uppercut in to send O'Haire's body down to the canvas and his head up to la-la land."

K-1 'DYNAMITE' RESULTS - NEW YEARS EVE, 2004:
(Source: K-1 Fighting) : "The ever-improving Musashi has advanced to the final bout of the Tokyo Dome World GP two years running now, and here Japan's best K-1 fighter met American pro wrestler turned contact fighter Sean O'Haire in a K-1 Rules bout. The big O'Haire, who fights for BJ Penn's MMA Team, surprised many pundits when he brutalized Shungo Oyama with punches to take a KO victory just 31 seconds into the first round of their dance at the Rumble on the Rock in Hawaii last month. Fighting in his hometown, Musashi had the Osaka crowd pumped as he made his entrance. But from the bell, it was O'Haire who came in. Crouched low, leaning forward, O'Haire tossed in a number of jabs, a right, a low kick and put some knees up from the clinch before Musashi had thrown a single strike. O'Haire looked decent here, working the body blows and connecting with a right uppercut in the early going. Musashi was, as it happened, simply biding his time. Late in the round, after connecting with a couple of low kicks, Musashi planted his left foot on the right side of O'Haire's face for a down.
In the second, it was evident O'Haire had not fully recovered as a hard front kick put the American on the canvas once again, and just seconds after resumption Musashi ended the fight in a convincing fashion with another high kick.
Added Musashi in his post-bout interview: "I didn't know my opponent so I decided to let him come at me in the first and see what he could do. In the second, I fought back, showed him what I could do."

(Source: MMA Weekly Forum) : "Fight #5 - Musashi wins over Sean O'Haire by T.K.O. at the 44 second mark in the 2nd round. O'Haire looked pretty clumsy the whole way through. He kneed Musashi in the groin in the 1st round, and was flailing all over Musashi until Musashi hit him with a left high kick to the jaw and knocked him down. O'Haire took an 8 count but the count was stopped at the bell to end the round. At the start of the 2nd O'Haire looked tired and woosy, and Musashi hit him with a straight kick to stomach, bringing O'Haire down to one knee. A few seconds later, Musashi landed a left high kick to jaw to earn the T.K.O."

'ROTR 6' RESULTS - 11/20/04:
(Source: MMANews.com) : "O'Haire came out like a loaded gun, charged in on Oyama with haymakers, and landed four quick rights and a couple of lefts to down his opponent a couple of times. As Oyama lay defenseless on the canvas with O'Haire poised to punish further, the referee moved in to stop the bout and hand O'Haire the TKO victory 31 seconds into the 1st round!" yaaaaaay!

MORE ON SEAN'S BOUT WITH OYAMA @ 'ROTR 6' - 11/20/04:
(Source: MMA Weekly.com    THANX: Brad) : "The fight between Sean O'Haire vs Shungo Oyama has one stipulation. O'Haire has to tip the scales at today's weigh-in at 250 pounds. O'Haire traditionally weighs in around 270. Oyama would not accept the fight unless O'Haire weighed in under 250. As of last night, O'Haire was 258 and Sean told MMAWeekly that it wouldn't be a problem weighing in at 250."

- Shungo Oyama vs Sean O'Haire - Oyama of course is a judo guy who was a national champion in Japan...however hasn't translated well for him in MMA. O'Haire, the former WWE and WCW pro wrestling star is one big motha! He won his venom fight in So.Cal two months ago. The Shark Tank guys tell me no one can take him down. Oyama says he will throw him with his judo background....the shark tank guys laughed saying 'no one is going to throw O'Haire'."
RIGHT ON BRO! ;)

'TITLE WAVE' RESULTS FROM CALI - 7/31/04:
(Source:
SoCalUncensored.com) : "Tom Howard vs Sean O’Haire for the UPW Championship This match started out with O’Haire retreating to the crowd to avoid Howard. Howard chases him down from behind and lays into O’Haire at the front of the second tier of seats. They quickly make their way back to the ring and trade shots for a couple minutes. O’Haire delivered a couple of kind of weak kicks to Howard’s back, “US Indy” style [Editor’s Note: the dreaded Indy Kick~!!]. Howard soon returned the favor in a much stiffer way. Howard got the pinfall after O’Haire’s manager Pete Doyle accidentally hit him with the UPW belt while aiming for Howard. [Editor's Note: Got this email straight from Pete Doyle himself: Just an FYI, Tom did not pin Sean, Sean was disqualified once the ref saw me hit Tom with the belt.] This match wasn’t very long, but was very fun. Howard is as complete as they come in UPW. He has made a fan out of me. He was the glue in this match for sure. O’Haire looked a little rusty, but still held his own. Crowd was very into this match for the short time it lasted."

'BALLPARK BRAWL' RESULTS FROM NY - 7/17/04:

Match 5; Sean O'Haire def. Abyss via DQ after the locker room cleared on Abyss behalf and then Piper and O'Haire beat the hell out of everyone and cleared the ring..to a great ovation...."

'NEXESS' RESULTS - 5/3/04:
(Source:
Strong Style Spirit.com) : "Former WWE and WCW star, Sean O'Haire, made his New Japan debut as an assassin sent by K-1 to take out Hiroshi Tanahashi. O'Haire dominated the match early on, controlling the pace. Tanahashi caught a kick and hit a dragon screw to begin his comeback, then hit low-altitude dropkicks to the knee. Later, he used a half-hatch suplex and German suplex, but O'Haire didn't stay down easily, retaliating with a Blockbuster. He went for the Seanton bomb (senton atomico), but Tanahashi rolled aside and avoided it. The two traded quick offense and defense, before Tanahashi slapped on his Dragon sleeper in a flash, forcing the American to tap out! Tanahashi was impressed by O'Haire, even though he was expecting a bigger name opponent like Brock Lesnar or The Predator. The victory ensured his rise continued, but his only regret was that the match was not for the U-30 Openweight Title, and suggested a rematch with O'Haire some day with the belt on the line. O'Haire called Tanahashi lucky, showing no sportsmanship, and said from now on, he would fight anywhere to prove his strength."
